WINZ a possible funding option for Counselling.

Counselling involves time, integration of approaches, careful note taking and also regular supervision to ensure competence. For this reason, it can be costly. I am a big advocate of reaching out if needing counselling particularly when needing financial support for it.

WINZ has funding for up to 10 (sometimes more) sessions that some people may be able to access which I've linked below.
