About WellBeing Counselling
My name is Gillian and I came to New Zealand from Britain in January 1989.
I hold a Bachelor of Counselling (2015) and a Graduate Diploma in Addictions (2016). I use a variety of approaches which can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy along with other therapies and strategies which help support my clients.
I hold Full Registration/Membership with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.
I currently work part time for the National Telehealth Service working on several healplines, and also for a Community Trust Agency in Auckland. My work covers all ages and ethnicities and most issues people encounter.
I also work part time in my own private counselling practice - WellBeing Counselling, servicing the West Auckland Area and those who wish to travel from central Auckland on State Hightway 22/North Western Motorway, which is only 13 minutes away off peak.
I enjoy supporting personal and professional growth and development.
There are Zoom remote and face-to-face counselling appointments currently available by appointment in Te Atatu South, Auckland.
